Qualifications:
- 5+ years civil construction experience
- 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience operating heavy equipment
- Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50lbs on a regular basis
- Willing to work out of town as required
- Ability to work long hours with some weekends and overtime
- Must comply with KLS\xe2\x80\x99 zero tolerance policy and complete the pre-employment drug & alcohol and fit testing
- Strong critical thinking, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have a clean driving record and provide commercial drivers abstract with resume
