Operate heavy machinery
- Safely operate
grading equipment
to maintain roads and optimize terrain conditions.
Perform road maintenance & snow removal
- Conduct
grading, snow plowing, and clearing operations
to ensure safe year-round road accessibility.
Adapt to flexible work schedules
- Work
day and night shifts
, with overtime beyond
50 hours per week
when needed.
Inspect & maintain equipment
- Conduct
routine inspections and minor maintenance
to ensure peak machinery performance.
Collaborate within a team-oriented environment
- Work
independently and alongside field teams
to ensure timely project completion.
Experience:
2-5 years operating heavy equipment
is required;
experience with graders
is preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
is required;
specialized training in grader mechanics
is an asset.
Certifications:
A
heavy machinery operator certification
is preferred.

Vehicle Requirement:

personal pickup truck is required
