Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and productive teacher with a relevant academic background, strong communications skills at all levels and a proven ability to have a caring rapport with students.

The Associate Teacher works with the lead homeroom teacher to help support student learning and achievement through individual, small group and whole class instruction.

There is the possibility for extension into the 2026-27 academic year.

Subject areas include Mathematics, Language Arts, Social Studies, Geography, and Science and Technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of full-time teaching experience and be OCT certified.

Other qualifications include:

An enthusiastic and productive work ethic

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution

Possesses strong oral and written communication skills

Work independently with little direct supervision

Work as part of a team

Accept responsibility and is self-motivated

Demonstrate strong work ethic to achieve academy goals
