Ce poste dirige des initiatives a l'echelle de la division afin de mettre en oeuvre les piliers et outils du GPS en stimulant la securite, la productivite, la qualite et la reduction des couts. Le/la Coordonnateur(trice) agit comme un agent de changement present sur le terrain, soutenant les equipes de piliers, formant les employes et assurant l'application des meilleures pratiques dans tous les departements.
Vos responsabilites :
Deployer et maintenir tous les piliers du GPS (Securite, Qualite, Maintenance, Productivite, Couts, Developpement des personnes) dans l'ensemble des departements.
Former, coacher et encadrer les employes a tous les niveaux sur les outils et methodologies GPS, y compris 5S, DTM, DMAIC et les techniques de resolution de problemes.
Agir comme liaison entre la direction de l'usine et les specialistes corporatifs/divisionnels pour aligner les priorites et assurer la responsabilisation.
Soutenir les equipes multidisciplinaires dans la definition et l'atteinte des objectifs de performance a l'aide d'indicateurs cles (KPI) et de systemes de gestion visuelle.
Maintenir et auditer les tableaux de machines modeles, les tableaux de communication d'equipe et le suivi quotidien des indicateurs pour en assurer la clarte, la coherence et l'exactitude.
Faciliter et participer aux evenements Kaizen, aux chantiers de type rapid improvement et a d'autres initiatives Lean/Six Sigma.
Encadrer les leaders de piliers sur l'etablissement d'objectifs, le travail standardise et l'analyse des ecarts afin de favoriser les progres dans tous les domaines.
Assurer le calcul et la communication appropries des pertes (TRG/OEE, rebuts, arrets) et fournir une analyse des causes profondes ainsi que des pistes d'amelioration.
Soutenir les revues et audits internes ; preparer les documents et rapports de performance demandes par les equipes corporatives.
Parcourir le plancher de production avec les leaders d'usine chaque semaine pour examiner les controles visuels, les OPL, la conformite 5S et renforcer les meilleures pratiques.
Effectuer toute autre tache connexe assignee.

Profil recherche :
Baccalaureat ou experience equivalente en ingenierie, operations ou fabrication (atout).
Minimum 3 ans d'experience en milieu manufacturier, avec exposition a des systemes Lean ou d'amelioration continue (GPS, TPM, etc.).
Maitrise de Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint ; capacite a developper du materiel de formation et des tableaux de bord de performance.
Experience pratique en leadership ou soutien d'initiatives de fabrication Lean, d'equipes de piliers ou de projets bases sur le TRG/OEE.
Bilinguisme Francais / Anglais.
Solides aptitudes en communication et en coaching a tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
A l'aise de travailler sur le plancher de production et de couvrir tous les quarts de travail au besoin.

This role leads Division-wide initiatives to implement GPS pillars and tools driving safety, productivity, quality, and cost improvements. The Coordinator will be a floor-focused change agent, supporting pillar teams, training associates, and ensuring execution of best practices across all departments.
What you'll be doing:
Deploy and sustain all GPS pillars (Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Productivity, Cost, People Development) across departments.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on GPS tools and methodologies, including 5S, DTM, DMAIC, and problem-solving techniques.
Act as the liaison between plant leadership and corporate/divisional practitioners to align priorities and drive accountability.
Support cross-functional teams in setting and achieving performance goals using KPIs and visual management systems.
Maintain and audit model machine boards, team communication boards, and daily tracking metrics for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Facilitate and participate in Kaizen events, rapid improvement events, and other Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
Coach pillar team leaders on goal setting, standardized work, and gap analysis to drive progress across all areas.
Ensure proper calculation and communication of losses (OEE, scrap, downtime) and provide root cause insight and improvement paths.
Support internal reviews and audits; prepare materials and performance reporting as requested by corporate teams.
Walk the floor with plant leaders weekly to review visual controls, OPLs, 5S compliance, and reinforce best practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, or Manufacturing preferred.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with exposure to Lean or CI systems (GPS, GPS, TPM, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; able to develop training materials and performance dashboards.
Hands-on experience leading or supporting lean manufacturing, pillar teams, or OEE-based initiatives.
Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
Strong communication and coaching skills across multiple levels of the organization.
Comfortable spending time on the production floor and working all shifts as needed.
