This position will focus on representing the Western Star Trucks (North) by providing exceptional Customer Service both in person and over the phone while ensuring the most efficient process of directing phone calls and completing administrative duties in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Welcomes visitors by greeting and directing them
Answering and Managing phone calls ask appropriate question to ensure calls are being sent to the correct person
Be aware daily of what staff are in and out for the day to ensure efficient Customer Service
Ensure the reception area is always visually clean and professional
Print out daily Parts Invoices, match and file them
Posting air miles daily
forward payments to AR staff for processing
Assist AR in warranty administration
Process all in coming and outgoing mail for the company
Maintain and order all Office supplies for the building
Assist on ensuring the Customer coffee station is always full and clean
Maintain daily calendars assigned
Maintain retail area ensuring all shelves are stocked, clean and labelled
Perform daily cash outs & bank deposit, match daily posting references to receiving when office administrator is away
Perform shipping/receiving when Shipper/receiver is away
Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATION &
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent Customer Service Skills!
Maintain Business Professional attire and well groomed
Minimum 3 years of reception experience
Ability to work independently and as a Team player
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to operate various office equipment
* Ability to lift to 20 Lbs.
