Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Shop Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Golf Shop & Retail Operations Manager, the Golf Shop Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be welcoming and checking in golfers, while efficiently and accurately processing retail and golf-related sales.

Responsibilities

Learn and promote the Real Estate and Development services, facilities, and amenities and be able to promote and direct guests accordingly. Promptly and accurately process sales. Assist with shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, and brand. ? Assist customers with requests in a professional manner whether they are in person or on the phone. Manage, maintain, and report all merchandise stock as necessary. Report any stock or shop defects to the Supervisor. Assist with the upkeep of all equipment, fixtures and fabric belonging to The Shop and its respective storage and sales areas. Attend meetings and contribute to golf shop ideas and policy making as required. Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge Resort. Perform other related duties assigned by the management team

Skills

Previous Customer Service retail experience handling cash. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and lifting heavy objects. Experience with computers and POS systems required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. WHMIS
