Watson's Glen Golf Club is a premier 18-hole championship public golf course, consistently ranked among the top courses in the Greater Toronto Area. Our team takes pride in maintaining excellent playing conditions and creating a welcoming environment for both golfers and staff.

We are currently hiring seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Staff to join our grounds crew immediately through November 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who love working outdoors and enjoy the game of golf. Strong performers may be invited back for the 2026 season.

Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP End Date: November 2025 Shift Hours: early morning shifts starting as early as 5:30 Typical shift: 6-8 hours per day, including some weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily golf course maintenance tasks such as mowing greens, tees, and fairways Rake bunkers, maintain landscaping, and perform general groundskeeping Operate light machinery and hand tools in a safe and responsible manner Work with the turf care team to maintain top-quality course conditions Follow health and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic Ability to work early mornings and some weekends Prior experience in landscaping, golf course, or grounds maintenance is an asset, but not required Must be reliable and punctual
