Job Description

:

As a member of the Golf Course Maintenance Team at Granite Ridge, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks on the golf course to maintain its appearance and condition. This includes caring for the greens, fairways, tees, bunkers and surrounding landscape. You will work alongside a team to keep the course in top shape and ensure it is ready for play every day.

Positions Available:

Full Time Fall - September to End of October (finish date is weather dependent) Part Time Fall - September to End of October (5 hours shifts, flexible Schedule)

Responsibilities:

Mow fairways, greens, tees, and rough Change pins, move tee markers, trim trees Rake/edge bunkers, Blow Leaves Remove debris, weeds, and other unwanted materials from the course Ensure that all course facilities and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Ability to work weekend shifts with a 12 days on 2 days off schedule Previous experience working on a golf course or in grounds maintenance is a bonus but not mandatory Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery. Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and strong work ethic. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
