for you! We are searching for a friendly and enthusiastic

golf cart attendant

to join our team!



This

part-time, seasonal position

begins in mid-August and lasts through November, depending on the golf season. This role offers early afternoon shifts during the summer months on both weekdays and weekends. Starting in September, weekday shifts will start after school hours to accommodate students.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operation of the golf cart fleet*
Clean golf carts after use, prepare for use the next day and park in the appropriate spot*
Report any equipment damage, malfunctions or safety issues to the Head Professional*
Greet golfers upon arrival, assist with loading and unloading golf bags*
Provide friendly and efficient customer service*
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the starter shed, first tee, rental clubs and practice green*
Monitor the driving range to collect and organize used range ball buckets*
Check in golfers at the first tee in the absence of the Starter*
Other duties as assigned*

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends*
Fully proficient in spoken and written English with other language(s) considered an asset*
Knowledge of the game of golf and/or the ability to play the game is an asset*

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older*
Valid Basic First Aid Level, CPR-C, and AED Certification, or equivalent, will be required to be maintained during employment*
Willingness to complete a Police Information Check is required*
Previous experience working in a golf course environment is an asset*
