Purpose of the Postion:

Utilize appropriate project management tools to efficiently plan and monitor new sales introductions and existing customer changes. Responsible, with the support of Sales (KAM), R&D, and the customer, to build and track the New Product Development (NPD) retro-planning. Supporting the KAM and being accountable for the launching process. Proactively follow up all changes to existing products and coordinate these changes with sales, customer services/order entry, planning and purchasing.

Job Duties:

Responsible for the daily follow up of outstanding launching projects for the customer Proactively follow up all the changes to existing products and coordinate these changes with sales, customer service/order entry, planning and purchasing Accurately and proactively follow up old stocks and end products and packaging to minimize obsolete stock and waste Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service for specification change Source new raw materials for product launching Lead product launches by coordinating with R&D, Operations, SCM, Sourcing and QA teams to ensure factory readiness while delivering expectational customer service Host first production and lessons learned meetings to document insights and create historical references for future projects Manage documentation for first product launches and specification changes, ensuring accuracy and traceability throughout the process Develop retro-plans and activity list for first product launches to outline timelines, milestones, and key deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and on track Manage customer portals for any specification changes or product launches Attend customer meetings to keep the team informed on product launches and specification changes, ensuring alignment and responsiveness to client needs Attend all first productions and trials to provide R&D support to operations Following PPD approval, organizing the kick-off meeting in NATRA explaining the project details, the agreed launching date and the necessary steps in the proces

Specific Qualifications

Project Management experience Food knowledge and experience Advanced/Expert level in Microsoft Office, Database portals, ERP systems Graphic design expertise is an asset Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences and company functions

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
