Customer Service & Guest Experience

Bring enthusiasm and positivity to the track. Greet customers and explain pricing, specials, and racing options. Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner. Defuse conflicts, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience. Deliver clear safety briefings and engage with both adults and children to ensure understanding.

Track Operations & Safety

Supervise track activities to ensure compliance with racing rules and safety protocols. Monitor races, assist in pits, and directly support racers during events. Enforce rules when necessary, including the removal of unsafe participants. Maintain a clean and organized race environment, including track and pits areas. Apply knowledge of company products/services to assist customers with purchases.

Administrative & General Duties

Efficiently process customer information and maintain records as required. Support additional duties as directed by the Track Manager. Clean and maintain the facility as directed.

Job Requirements

Must be eligible to work in Canada. Must have reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. Ability to work well within a team and remain professional with the public. Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., pushing go-karts, standing for long periods). Prior customer service or supervisory experience an asset. Availability for shifts

Monday-Sunday, 9:45am-12:15am

(weekends required).

Reporting to the Track Manager, your core responsibilities include supervising track activities, delivering safety briefings, enforcing rules, and providing excellent customer service. Your ability to engage with the public, especially children, contributes to creating a welcoming and exciting racing environment.
