Whether introducing lululemon to new and emerging markets, or building on firmly established relationships, we educate and are the connection to story-doers who generate conversation.Reporting to the Global PR Senior Manager, the Global Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing lululemon\'s core public relations activities including media monitoring, consumer media relations, media events, product sampling program and media list development. The PR Coordinator has strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills, strong knowledge of media, a passion for storytelling and is a team player.a day in the life: what you\'ll do

  • Lead daily media monitoring activities, including:
  • Manage media inbox
  • Maintain ongoing tracker and oversee monitoring tools to support weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Preparation of weekly highlights
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Global PR team resources, including: media database, project matrixes, subscriptions and PR image resources for product, brand and community initiatives.
  • Provide support with the product sample process, including supporting orders and creating reports.
  • Coordinate product pulls for consumer media opportunities.
  • Participate in select media relations activities including drafting media materials and leading management of owned media page.
  • Support cross-functional relationships with key internal partners, including product, retail opps and community for consumer PR initiatives and materials development.
  • Coordinate vendor invoicing and access to Global PR resources for regions.
qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in PR, communications or journalism
  • Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in a communications/public relations setting
  • Excellent knowledge of media landscape and outlets
  • Good understanding of media monitoring and measurement tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills - including an understanding of CP style and writing for press
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience using design software including Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign - preferred
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, active environment
  • Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300 - $72,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
