Job Summary
Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) reports directly to the President & CEO, and is responsible for matters pertaining to development & compensation for Corporate, Executive & General Management level employees. The infrastructure of ED&C is two-fold; normal intranet connectivity (aka This Company network) and isolated private network with zero connectivity. For the later, an entire domain is created with numerous servers, private workstations, virtual machines, NAS and other pertinent hardware as well as systems and software. The position specifically focuses on providing full management, support, and maintenance on this environment for business continuity. Oversee the organizations computer & database systems and maintain proper security.
