What will your typical day look like?



  • Plan and deliver an integrated Global Clients communications plan targeting various stakeholder groups including GLCSPs, client leaders, account managers, Global Business and MF C&I leaders, and extended leadership. Ignite and expand new communication channels (e.g. video, podcasts, etc.)
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to Global Clients pillar leaders on change, activation and communications aspects of priorities and programs
  • Own, produce, and edit all regular Global Clients communications including GCJ and GS Portfolio Guides, GCJ external guide, newsletters, intranet content, etc.
  • Drive editorial calendar and speaker engagement for GLCSP and GAM community calls
  • Feed client updates (client stories, key wins, etc.) into firm wide communications, working closely with the GC&I Communications Lead.
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives as identified during the year to deliver on client leadership priorities and program objectives, especially those that enable the Global Crown Jewel and/or Global Strategic programs.

You are someone with:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in roles that require strong communications, stakeholder management or strategic initiatives
  • Strong writing skills and proven track record in developing and delivering effective and engaging internal communications
  • Exceptional ability to prepare executive ready materials that \xe2\x80\x9ctell-the-story\xe2\x80\x9d succinctly and logically; ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context
  • Great team player, with the ability to drive his/her own agenda. Capable of building effective virtual working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver against challenging deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables
