Summary:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with excellent interpersonal skills. You will work with the Supervisor to lead the Canadian Service team to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved by the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assign/delegate work to the team
• Guide, encourage, coach team members
• Support and motivate the team
• Mentor/train team members
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist Supervisor with vacation approvals, help to coordinate shift coverage and other duties as assigned
• Work with Composition, Print Vendors to prioritize and escalate priority work
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Account Managers and Management

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
• Candidate must be open to flexible working hours.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experienced Project Manager
• Canada location preferred
• Accessible and strong leadership skills
• Effective time management & organizational skills, strong multi-tasking & prioritization
• The successful candidate will have the ability to complete assigned work as directed in a timely fashion, and work independently while functioning well within in a team environment.

In addition to the tasks above the Shift Lead will perform all tasks of a Project Manager.
