As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Glazing Service Technician to join our Service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects.

What You'll Do

Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on windows, doors, curtain wall systems, and other glazing assemblies Diagnose issues and carry out repairs independently or alongside a crew Install glazing systems while ensuring work meets safety, quality, and performance standards Complete work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail Maintain accurate documentation, including work completed, materials used, and site changes Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, supervisors, and teammates Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Participate in emergency on-call rotations and occasional evening or weekend work as required Follow all safety procedures and complete required safety documentation

What You Bring to the Team

Minimum 7 years of experience in glazing, construction, or a related trade (required) Prior experience with door and window installation or glazing service (required) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and work independently Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong time management skills, reliability, and a high standard of workmanship Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform overhead work A positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset

Location: Surrey Office - 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC Type: Full-Time, Onsite Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hourly: $35-$45 (based on experience) Reports To: Service & Special Projects Department Manager Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy Number of Positions: 1
