We are looking for a highly motivated Gift Card Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Gift Card Analyst. The Gift Card Analyst will be responsible for ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately and timely across a portfolio of properties.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and timely completion of the Daily and Monthly Sales reconciliation for a portfolio of properties in the Gift Card program.
  • Solve for root cause of reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Collect and retain gift card program documentation, bank statements, credit card statements and settlement reports.
  • Review bank balances to ensure accounts have enough funds for withdrawals.
  • Perform other Ad Hoc tasks as described by Senior Gift Card Analyst. Some examples include reviewing reports are up to date, downloading and generating reports.
  • Explore areas of opportunity for process improvements.
To succeed in this role:
  • University Degree with Finance and Accounting focus.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and solve problems.
  • Eager to learn and able to adapt to the role easily.
  • Self-motivated individual that thrives in organizations that continually evolve and can easily adapt to change.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and possess good organizational skills to meet required timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work in team settings
  • Experience with JDE, preparing journal entries, and analyzing system generated financial reports.
  • Excited about retail exposure to world class assets. Experience within a retail setting welcomed.
  • Eager and passionate to learn about gift card trends.
