Job description The new Managers responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing friendly, excellent customer-service oriented attitude and possess good phone / email expertise to our customers - Enter phone and online orders into our computer systems-Enter address and gift card data using Excel and shipping software-Assemble baskets, trays, and tins from a pre-existing design training provided with attention to detail and perfection of design-Receiving and unpacking products and re-stock shelves and warehouse production line-Possess effective time management-Able to meet deadlines-Work well as part of a team-Keep track of outgoing inventory-Deal with all aspects of shipping gifts ie. boxing gifts up, carrying shipping boxes, loading trucks, assigning couriers-Complete all the daily tasks required for working in a food and design environment as assigned-Keep work area clean including sweeping, sanitizing, breaking down boxes, etc. during and at end of shift.-You will be required to stand for long periods of time. Must be comfortable assisting customers and taking orders in person, cold calling, POS systems, using Word and entering data into our computer systems, Entering inventory into our computer system-Using a computer to access, print and process online orders-Must understand pdf files-Comfortable with Excel spreadsheets-Comfortable with sending invoices, quotes, and correspondence-Must be able to stand on your feet for 5-6 hours at a time.-Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and build multiple baskets from a sample design as well as custom-Be able to lift 20- 50lbs. on a continuous basis-Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach to work-Happy doing repetitive work-Creative and outgoing, Ability to work quickly and accurately-Able to work independently-Able to follow instructions-Able to do ongoing sanitization of work areas and maintain a CLEAN and clutter free work environment at all times--Maintainer of product inventory of online catalogue as well as in the store- Tracking of damaged goods and other locations basket counts- Creativity includes making orders for gift baskets, custom trays, and designing them- Suggesting options for different occasions- and assisting corporate clients with decisions for holiday and large orders - Must have problem solving and management skills- Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience -Customer care experience- Follow up calls and emails to leads with fantastic grammar, The candidate will manage and assist in the candy shop and food production as necessary.
