Gestionnaire principal(e), Operations reseau
pour superviser l'infrastructure reseau de nos 15 centres de donnees a travers le Canada. Il s'agit d'un role strategique et operationnel ou vous dirigerez une equipe de professionnels reseau et assurerez la performance, la resilience et la croissance de nos operations.
Vos principales responsabilites :
Leadership d'equipe
Definir les roles, responsabilites et priorites claires
Recruter, former et encadrer l'equipe
Suivre les performances et equilibrer les charges de travail
Etre l'ambassadeur de l'equipe au sein de l'entreprise
Reseaux et disponibilite
Concevoir des reseaux robustes et evolutifs
Planifier la maintenance, les mises a jour, et le cycle de vie des equipements
Mener la resolution des incidents majeurs
Mettre en place des systemes de surveillance, de journalisation et de sauvegarde solides
Soutien aux clients
Suivre les tickets, les tendances et les indicateurs de service
Gerer les escalades de facon rapide et professionnelle
Collaborer avec l'equipe de support pour ameliorer continuellement le service
Planification de capacite
Suivre l'utilisation de la bande passante et anticiper les besoins
Documenter et mettre a jour les rapports de capacite
Prevoir les besoins en infrastructure a venir
Normes et securite
Creer et maintenir les SOP, MOP et documents techniques
Gerer les actifs et garantir une conformite aux normes (SOC2, ISO, PCI DSS)
S'assurer que l'equipe suit les bonnes pratiques en tout temps
Gestion des couts
Suivre les depenses (licences, fournisseurs, personnel, etc.)
Negocier avec les fournisseurs pour maximiser la valeur
Gerer le budget CAPEX et en assurer le suivi
Profil recherche
+5 ans d'experience en telecoms, centres de donnees ou infrastructures critiques
Capacite demontree a gerer des equipes techniques dans un environnement 24/7
Bonne connaissance de Juniper, Palo Alto ou Ciena (un atout)
Solide experience en securite, architecture reseau et conformite
Maitrise des environnements ITIL et de la gestion des incidents
Formation & experience
Diplome universitaire en informatique, genie ou domaine connexe
-- ou -- une experience equivalente et significative en gestion reseau
Atouts supplementaires :
Certification CISSP ou equivalent
Experience d'integration post-acquisition
Contexte entrepreneurial ou en croissance rapide

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Network Operations to oversee eStruxture's national network infrastructure and lead the people who keep our services reliable, secure, and always-on. This is a role for a hands-on leader -- someone who thrives at the intersection of people, platforms, and performance.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead network architecture and operations, and make sure our customers get the speed, stability, and uptime they expect. You'll also help us scale, standardize, and prepare our network operations for the future.
What you'll do:
Lead a High-Performance Team
Define clear roles, expectations, and team priorities
Hire, coach, and develop top talent across the network ops team
Monitor performance and adjust workloads as needed
Be the voice of the department across the company
Ensure Network Availability & Resilience
Design scalable, fault-tolerant customer and corporate networks
Own the roadmap for maintenance, firmware updates, and lifecycle planning
Lead incident response and troubleshoot major escalations
Set up and maintain solid monitoring, backup, and logging systems
Support Our Customers
Oversee tickets, trends, and response metrics
Handle key customer escalations and ensure fast, thoughtful resolutions
Partner with Support to continually improve the service experience
Manage Capacity and Infrastructure
Track bandwidth usage, upstream capacity, and customer growth
Keep capacity documentation current and accurate
Ensure proactive infrastructure planning
Build and Maintain Best Practices
Create and enforce SOPs, MOPs, and technical documentation
Maintain rigorous asset management and security protocols
Align operations with industry certifications (SOC2, ISO, PCI DSS, etc.)
Manage Costs and Budgets
Track spending across licensing, maintenance, staffing, and carriers
Seek out cost efficiencies and negotiate vendor pricing
Own and update CAPEX forecasts
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience in telecom, data center operations, or high-availability infrastructure
Proven ability to lead technical teams in 24/7 environments
Familiarity with networking vendors like Juniper, Palo Alto, or Ciena (strong asset)
Experience with network security, architecture, compliance, and monitoring
ITIL environment background and change/incident management expertise
Comfort with high-stakes, high-security operations (SOC2, ISO, PCI, etc.)
Education & Experience
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-- or -- equivalent technical experience and leadership background in network operations
Bonus Points if You Have:
CISSP certification or similar security credentials
Acquisition/integration experience
Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial tech environments
