En tant que Gestionnaire principal des installations chez CBRE, vous serez responsable des operations et de l'entretien des batiments, en supervisant des sites de grande envergure et en assurant leur bon fonctionnement au quotidien.
Ce poste fait partie de notre equipe de gestion des installations, un pilier essentiel de notre entreprise qui soutient la planification strategique installations a long terme. Vous serez l'expert de reference pour optimiser la performance, renforcer la satisfaction client et favoriser une culture d'amelioration continue.
Que ce soit pour gerer des projets d'immobilisations, encadrer une equipe performante ou mettre en oeuvre des strategies d'entretien innovantes, votre leadership contribuera a faconner l'avenir de nos installations et a ameliorer l'experience en milieu de travail pour des milliers de personnes.
Vos responsabilites:
Superviser le personnel de maniere formelle. Suivre la formation et le perfectionnement du personnel. Effectuer des evaluations de rendement et offrir un encadrement. Superviser le recrutement et l'embauche du personnel.
Coordonner et gerer les activites quotidiennes de l'equipe. Etablir les horaires de travail, attribuer les taches et assurer la formation mutuelle du personnel. Etablir et suivre les echeances du personnel et du service. Mentorer et encadrer si necessaire.
Coordonner et gerer les reparations et l'entretien des installations en travaillant avec les techniciens, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs.
Entretenir des relations positives avec les clients et organiser des reunions sur les problemes non resolus concernant les installations.
Preparer et gerer des projets d'investissement importants et de premier plan, des budgets operationnels et des rapports d'ecart.
Proceder a l'inspection des installations et a l'assurance qualite conformement aux reglementations locales, nationales et federales. Suggerer et mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations au niveau operationnel, des reparations et des possibilites de mise a niveau.
Elaborer des procedures de sante et de securite environnementales pour les installations.
Etablir des relations avec les fournisseurs et superviser les procedures de facturation. Examiner et approuver les bons de commande pour l'achat de pieces, de services et de main-d'oeuvre pour les projets.
Mettre en pratique le savoir-faire de sa propre discipline et l'integrer a ceux des autres pour atteindre les objectifs de l'equipe et du service.
Montrer l'exemple et incarner les valeurs RISE de CBRE dans tous vos faits et gestes. Convaincre les autres d'adopter un point de vue different tout en se conformant aux politiques et aux plans departementaux.
Identifier et resoudre des problemes techniques et operationnels complexes.
Comprendre et reconnaitre l'impact plus large au sein du secteur d'activite.
Ameliorer et modifier les methodes, processus et normes existants dans le cadre de la discipline professionnelle.

What You'll Do:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest and implement operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures. Review and approve purchase orders for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
Nos exigences:
Baccalaureat de preference avec 5 a 8 ans d'experience pertinente. Au lieu d'un baccalaureat, une combinaison d'experience et de formation sera prise en consideration. Un permis de conduire valide est requis. Certification en gestion des installations souhaitee.
Experience de preference dans les domaines de la dotation, de la selection, de la formation, du perfectionnement, de l'encadrement, du mentorat, de la retention ainsi que de la mesure, de l'evaluation et de la valorisation du rendement.
Habilete a mener des echanges d'informations confidentielles, complexes et epineuses, a communiquer les attentes en matiere de rendement et a resoudre les problemes.
Competences en matiere de leadership pour motiver l'equipe a atteindre des objectifs operationnels generaux ayant une incidence sur sa propre discipline professionnelle, sur plusieurs disciplines professionnelles et sur le secteur.
Connaissance approfondie des produits Microsoft Office. Par exemple, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Solides aptitudes organisationnelles et esprit de curiosite pousse.
Niveau de numeratie intermediaire. Capacite a effectuer des calculs complexes, tels que les pourcentages, les fractions et autres operations financieres.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
