JLL Canada est a la recherche daEUR(TM)un gestionnaire pour la planification et laEUR(TM)analyse financiares pour se joindre a notre equipe! Relevant de la vice-presidente de la Planification et analyse financiares, ce gestionnaire sera un participant essentiel des activites de production de divers rapports financiers, ainsi que du processus de budgetisation. Le gestionnaire collaborera avec daEUR(TM)autres dirigeants et laEUR(TM)equipe de planification et daEUR(TM)analyse financiares pour analyser des donnees financiares et operationnelles et fournir des observations pertinentes sur laEUR(TM)evolution des affaires.

Objectifs

aEUR titre de gestionnaire, vous serez responsable de la production des rapports de rendement financier pour le compte du client. Vous aiderez a la coordination des processus daEUR(TM)etablissement des budgets previsionnels et definitifs, a la preparation de divers rapports et documents a des fins de presentation. Vous jouerez egalement un rale cle dans le developpement et laEUR(TM)amelioration des differents outils et processus de production de rapports.

Responsabilites particuliares

• SaEUR(TM)approprier divers rapports financiers consolides et analyses des ecarts sur des bases mensuelles et trimestrielles (rendements financiers et perception des loyers);
• Superviser de laEUR(TM)analyste financier principal et agir comme mentor de ce dernier;
• Sous la directive de la vice-presidente, gerer le processus de budgetisation et verifier laEUR(TM)exhaustivite, laEUR(TM)exactitude et laEUR(TM)integrite des previsions et des budgets;
• aStre responsable de la coordination, laEUR(TM)analyse et la consolidation des previsions et budgets des depenses;
• Produire les rapports sur les budgets ainsi que les exposes a laEUR(TM)intention du client;
• Collaborer etroitement avec les gestionnaires charges du rendement operationnel et de la perception des loyers afin de rationaliser les processus et realiser des gains daEUR(TM)efficacite;
• Collaborer avec les differents chefs de services pour la gestion de projets speciaux et fournir des analyses au besoin;
• aEUR titre de conseiller/representant de laEUR(TM)equipe de planification et daEUR(TM)analyse financiares, collaborer avec le service des TI et autres services pertinents pour la mise en A"uvre et laEUR(TM)amelioration des systames et processus.

Exigences essentielles :

• Designation de comptable professionnel reconnue (CPA) ou experience equivalente;
• Minimum de 5 ans daEUR(TM)experience en matiare de production de rapports financiers, daEUR(TM)analyse, et de preparation de previsions et de budgets;
• Connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Power BI/Query);
• Connaissance de Yardi Voyager et des fonctions avancees daEUR(TM)etablissement de budgets et de previsions est souhaitee;
• Solides competences daEUR(TM)analyse et capacite de faire la synthase de nombreuses sources et points de donnees;

• Pensee strategique et novatrice, capacite a remettre en cause le statu quo et a proposer des ameliorations;

• Excellentes aptitudes de communication, interpersonnelles et de travail en equipe;

Summary
JLL Canada is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team! Reporting to the Vice-President of Planning and Financial Analysis, the Manager of FP&A will be a key driver in various financial reporting activities, which includes the budget process. The Manager will work collaboratively with other business leaders and with the FP&A team to analyze financial and operational data and provide meaningful insights on business trends.
The ideal candidate has a strong financial accounting professional background and the ability to leverage analytical and modelling skills to provide insights to various stakeholders.
Objectives
As a Manager, you will be responsible for the reporting of financial performance for the client. You will assist in the coordination of the forecast and budget processes and prepare various reporting and presentation packages. You will also play a key role in the development and enhancement of reporting tools and processes.
Specific accountabilities

• Ownership of various Consolidated financial reports and variance analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis (financial and rent collection performance);
• Manage and mentor Senior Financial Analyst;
• With guidance from the Vice-President, manage the budget process and ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the forecasts and budget;
• Responsible for the coordination, analysis and consolidation of expense forecasting and budgeting;
• Preparation of budget reporting and presentations for the client;
• Work closely with the Operational Performance and Collections Managers to streamline processes and find efficiencies;
• Collaborate with various department heads to manage special projects and provide analysis as needed;
• As an Advisor/Representative of the Planning and Financial Analysis group, collaborate with IT and respective departments in the implementation and enhancements of systems and processes.

Key requirements

• Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel; PowerPoint; Power BI/Query)
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting preferred;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize various data points and sources;
• Strategic, innovative, challenge the status-quo and recommend improvements;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-driven;
• Work in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
• High energy with a positive attitude;
• Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
