Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un Gestionnaire en Logistique Client pour rejoindre notre \xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa0 Vaudreuil !XTL est une entreprise familiale en pleine croissance qui \xc5\x93uvre dans l\'industrie du transport, de la logistique et de l\'entreposage depuis 39 ans.
Le candidat sera responsable de la satisfaction des clients, du suivi des KPI, de la gestion d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe et plus encore !
Consid\xc3\xa9ration de l\'organisation : Ce poste est plac\xc3\xa9 sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du directeur principal de la logistique.Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :
1. D\xc3\xa9velopper et g\xc3\xa9rer les KPI qui concernent les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments suivants :
Service, opportunit\xc3\xa9s manqu\xc3\xa9es, croissance, rentabilit\xc3\xa9, mise en \xc5\x93uvre d\'am\xc3\xa9liorations des processus op\xc3\xa9rationnels.
-Vous \xc3\xaates en charge de l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution et de la mise \xc3\xa0 jour des projets et des objectifs cl\xc3\xa9s.
-Deuxi\xc3\xa8me point d\'escalade pour les clients, les transporteurs et le personnel.
-Diriger les initiatives suivantes : recrutement, reconnaissance du personnel, \xc3\xa9valuations annuelles, traitement des probl\xc3\xa8mes disciplinaires jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 et y compris les licenciements.
-Organiser et participer \xc3\xa0 des opportunit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9veloppement professionnel
-S\'assurer que le personnel d\'encadrement \xc3\xa9duque, forme et g\xc3\xa8re le personnel op\xc3\xa9rationnel de premi\xc3\xa8re ligne.2. D\xc3\xa9velopper
-Construire la base et le pipeline des transporteurs en fonction des besoins et des opportunit\xc3\xa9s de l\'entreprise.
-Analyser les besoins des transporteurs et d\xc3\xa9velopper un syst\xc3\xa8me qui permette \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9quipe logistique de capitaliser sur ces connaissances.
-Diversifier avec d\'autres modes3. Personnel
Gestion du personnel
-Proc\xc3\xa9der \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9valuation des performances et revoir les ajustements salariaux. Fournir un retour d\'information mesurable au personnel affect\xc3\xa9 et lui faire des suggestions pour am\xc3\xa9liorer ses performances. Formule et met en \xc5\x93uvre des mesures correctives pour les employ\xc3\xa9s, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.
-G\xc3\xa9rer et d\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9guer les t\xc3\xa2ches en fonction des r\xc3\xb4les, des responsabilit\xc3\xa9s et de la charge de travail.
-D\xc3\xa9velopper et former le personnel de mani\xc3\xa8re \xc3\xa0 ce que la logistique quotidienne soit ex\xc3\xa9cut\xc3\xa9e conform\xc3\xa9ment aux SOP
(service, conformit\xc3\xa9, administration, etc.)
-Les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s de supervision comprennent, sans s\'y limiter, la recommandation d\'embauche, le coaching, le d\xc3\xa9veloppement des comp\xc3\xa9tences, la reconnaissance et les r\xc3\xa9compenses, la productivit\xc3\xa9 du personnel et la gestion des performances.
-Il est responsable de la programmation des vacances et des cong\xc3\xa9s conform\xc3\xa9ment \xc3\xa0 la politique en vigueur, en perturbant le moins possible le service afin de r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins des clients.
-Il met en place des m\xc3\xa9thodes positives pour encourager l\'excellence des membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe par le biais d\'un suivi et d\'un retour d\'information coh\xc3\xa9rent et \xc3\xa9quitable sur les performances. Il prend des mesures par le biais d\'un coaching et de conseils pour corriger les comportements.
-Communiquer et impliquer le personnel dans les r\xc3\xa9sultats de l\'analyse commerciale et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration ainsi que les opportunit\xc3\xa9s de croissance.

Organization Consideration: This position is accountable to the Senior Director of Logistics
Responsibilities:
1. Key Elements Develop and manage KPI\'s that speak to the following:
Service, Missed opportunity, Growth, Profitability, Implement operational process improvements
-Execute and provide updates on key projects and objectives
-Second point of escalation for customers, carriers and staff
-Lead the following initiates: hiring, staff recognition, annual reviews, addressing disciplinary issues up to and including terminations
-Organize and take part in professional development opportunities
-Ensure supervisory staff are educating, training, and managing front-line operational staff2. Developing
-Build carrier base and pipeline in relation to business needs and opportunities
-Analyze carrier needs and develop system that allows logistic team to capitalize on such knowledge

Management
-Conduct performance appraisals and review pay adjustments. Provides measurable feedback to assigned personnel and suggestions for improved performance. Formulates and implements employee corrective actions as needed.
-Manage and delegate tasks based on roles, responsibilities and workload
-Develop and train staff so that day to day logistics are executed as per SOP
(service, compliance, administration, etc)
-Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to recommending hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management.
-Responsible for scheduling vacations and time off per policy with the least amount of disruption to the department to meet customer needs.
-Initiates positive methods of driving team-mate excellence through follow up, providing consistent and fair feedback on performance. Takes action through coaching and counselling to correct behaviors.
-Communicate and involve staff in results of business analysis and opportunities for improvement as well as opportunities for growth.

-Minimum of 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 transportation / logistics experience.
-Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 supervisory experience.
-Demonstrated leadership experience with teams.
-Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, conflict resolution and team building abilities.
-Dedicated to continuous improvement.
-Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and propose solutions.
