Le gestionnaire, developpement des affaires genere de la croissance pour l'entreprise en identifiant de nouvelles opportunites commerciales, en etablissant des relations d'affaires avec des clients ou des partenaires potentiels, et en developpant la presence de M1 sur le marche commercial. Ce poste requiert de la passion, de l'ingeniosite, le souci du detail et la capacite a travailler avec peu de supervision.
Objectifs:
Augmenter le volume d'affaires en augmentant les revenus et la base de clients.
Entretenir des relations d'affaires solides avec les clients.
Ameliorer l'image de marque de M1 Composites.
Principales responsabilites
Aviation commerciale:
Generer et approfondir des opportunites d'affaires via les contacts personnels, ceux de l'entreprise, et les rencontres lors de salons professionnels.
Etablir et maintenir des relations durables avec les clients.
Formuler des recommandations a la direction a partir de l'analyse du marche et des resultats des ventes.
Maintenir un avantage concurrentiel en surveillant activement les initiatives et les activites des concurrents.
Contribuer a l'elaboration de propositions, et de RFQs.
Mettre a jour et entretenir le systeme de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
Marche militaire:
Soutenir le departement dans ses activites relatives au contrats militaires.
Activites quotidiennes:
Assurer le suivi avec les departements concernes pour garantir la satisfaction du client.
Suivre et tenir a jour les statistiques relatives aux ventes et aux performances.
Presenter des rapports reguliers pour tenir la direction informee des resultats de toutes les activites de vente et de generation de prospects.
Le profil ideal:
Vous devez avoir une experience pertinente dans l'industrie aerospatiale.
Minimum de cinq (5) annees d'experience dans le domaine des ventes, de preference dans l'aerospatiale (MRO).
Tres a l'aise avec le demarchage telephonique, la prospection et la generation de leads*. Capacite a developper et a entretenir des relations avec les clients, en faisant preuve d'une solide prestance devant ceux-ci.
Excellentes competences en negociation et capacite a close deals*. Aimer aider les gens, et tres oriente vers le client.
Autonome et dynamique.
Disponible pour voyager.
Bilingue francais et anglais, parle et ecrit (requis pour lecture de plans et documents techniques).

Purpose
The BD Manager drives the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers or partners, and expanding the commercial market presence. This position requires passion, resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to work with little supervision.

Growing the business (grow revenue stream and increase customer base).
Maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Elevate corporate branding by creating a strong Customer Value Proposition.
Main responsibilities
Commercial Market:
Generate and follow-up on leads obtained through personal contacts, provided lead lists, and interaction at trade shows.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Make recommendations to management as a result of market analysis and sales results.
Maintain competitive edge by actively monitoring competitor initiatives and activities, and by gather information on products, merchandising tactics, delivery schedules and pricing.
Lead or assist proposal development, and FRQs.
Update and maintain CRM.
Military Market:
Support the department in its activities toward military contracts.
Daily Operations:
Follow-up with related departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Track and maintain sales and performance statistics.
Present regular reports to keep management up to date on results of all sales and lead-generation activities.
Your ideal background:
Must have some relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
Minimum of five (5) years in BD, sales role, preferably in Aerospace (MRO).
Very comfortable with cold-calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, excellent with customer facing.
Excellent negotiation skills, and ability to close deals.
Enjoys helping people and is very customer oriented.
Self-motivated and dynamic.
Willingness to travel.
Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written (required for blueprints and technical documents reading).
