Nous recherchons

un(e) Gestionnaire d'Etablissement

motive(e) et soucieux(euse) aux details pour gerer les operations quotidiennes de notre centre d'entreposage a Montreal. Le/la Gestionnaire d'etablissement contribuera a la realisation des nos ambitieux plans de croissance en devenant expert(e) de nos offres d'entreposage. Le role consiste a assurer l'entretien de la propriete tout en atteignant les objectifs d'occupation et de revenus.

Responsabilites:



Superviser les operations quotidiennes du centre d'entreposage, y compris les procedures d'ouverture et de fermeture. Stimuler les ventes en louant activement des espaces d'entreposage a de nouveaux clients. Suivre les pistes de ventes pour convertir les demandes en locations, tout en garantissant une croissance constante du taux d'occupation et des revenus. Offrir un service client exceptionnel a tous les clients, repondre aux demandes, traiter les locations et gerer les plaintes avec professionnalisme. Gerer les contrats de location, collecter les paiements et tenir des registres precis de toutes les transactions. Assurer la proprete, la securite et le bon entretien de l'etablissement en effectuant des inspections regulieres et en coordonnant les travaux de maintenance et de reparation si necessaire. Surveiller les niveaux de stocks des fournitures et des materiaux, et passer des commandes au besoin. Effectuer des appels de recouvrement pour suivre les paiements en retard et resoudre les problemes rapidement. Analyser les rapports de l'etablissement et communiquer les opportunites d'amelioration. Reagir rapidement et efficacement aux situations d'urgence afin de garantir la securite et la surete de l'etablissement et de ses occupants.

Qualifications:



Minimum d'un diplome d'etudes secondaires. Minimum de 1 a 2 ans d'experience en gestion immobiliere, gestion de commerce de detail ou dans un domaine connexe. Experience averee en ventes et antecedents de realisation ou depassement des objectifs de vente. Excellentes competences en service a la clientele et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacite de communiquer efficacement avec une clientele diversifiee. Solides competences organisationnelles et multitaches, avec une grande attention aux details. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office et experience avec des logiciels de gestion immobiliere. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et a prendre de bonnes decisions sous pression. Capacite a soulever et transporter des objets pesant jusqu'a 18 kg et a effectuer des taches physiques au besoin. Permis de conduire valide, un atout. Bilinguisme (anglais/francais).

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Facility Manager

to manage the daily operations of our self-storage facility in Montreal. The Facility Manager will help drive our ambitious growth plans by becoming an expert in our storage offerings, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, maintaining the property, and achieving occupancy and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the daily operations of the self-storage facility, including opening and closing procedures. Drive sales by actively renting lockers to new customers and following up with leads to convert inquiries into rentals, ensuring consistent occupancy and revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries, processing rentals, and handling customer complaints professionally. Manage rental agreements, collect payments, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained by conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials, placing orders as necessary. Conduct collection calls to follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely resolution. Analyze facility reports and communicate opportunities for improvement. Address emergency situations promptly and effectively to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its occupants.

Qualifications:



High school diploma a minimum Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, retail management, or a related field Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Valid driver's license an asset Bilingual (English/French)
