Gestionnaire de Projets Achats

VOUS AVEZ ENVIE DE PARTICIPER A L'EVOLUTION DU LEADER MONDIAL EN PRODUITS NAUTIQUES EN ETANT AU COEUR DES DECISIONS??

Sous la supervision du Chef approvisionnements et achats strategiques, le titulaire du poste est responsable des achats strategiques pour des categories de composantes cles pour la fabrication des produits Pelican. Il doit utiliser differentes strategies d'optimisation des couts total d'acquisition pour generer des projets economies et des projets d'evitement de couts Il doit supporter le groupe de developpement de produit pour identifier les meilleurs sources d'approvisionnements pour les nouveaux projets. Il doit developper des outils d'analyse et des mesures de performance afin de gerer et optimiser les activites du service achat strategiques selon les objectifs de l'entreprise.

VOTRE JOURNEE TYPE DANS CE POSTE :

Analyse du Marche et Strategie d'Achat :

Etudier les tendances du marche, etre au courant des couts projetes. Developper des strategies d'approvisionnement. Identifier et analyser des possibilites d'optimisation des couts totaux d'acquisition. Determiner la croissance future des couts d'achats pour fin d'evaluation des couts de produits. Maintenir une recherche de nouveaux fournisseurs (local et international) selon les criteres etablis afin de diminuer les couts totaux d'acquisition.

Gestion des Fournisseurs :

Developper et maintenir d'excellentes relations d'affaires avec les fournisseurs partenaires. Rechercher, selectionner et recommander les fournisseurs les plus competitifs et evaluer regulierement leur performance a l'aide d'indicateurs. Preparer, negocier et mettre en place des accords commerciaux avec les fournisseurs partenaires. Superviser la gestion et le developpement des relations d'affaires avec les fournisseurs locaux et asiatiques. Participer a la negociation des contrats, des ententes et des prix. Travailler conjointement et supporter le service R&D pour les composantes en developpement.

Optimisation des Couts et Performance :

Utiliser regulierement les pratiques de demandes de soumissions et propositions (RFQ et RFP), faire les analyses comparatives quantitatives et qualitatives des propositions et faire des recommandations en vue d'optimiser le cout total d'acquisition et de faire l'attribution des commandes. Etablir des tableaux de bord et mesures de performance.

Vous detenez un Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, gestion des operations et de la production ou logistique. Vous detenez

egalement une Certification CPIM ou CSCP, APICS.

Vous possedez une experience de 10 ans, dont au moins 5 en milieu manufacturier (production industrielle). Vous avez une experience au sein d'une entreprise de produits saisonniers (un atout) et une experience d'achat avec l'Asie, ainsi que dans l'achat de resine et aluminium (un atout).

, avec une maitrise avancee de l'oral et de l'ecrit et vous maitrisez les systemes ERP/MRP. Vous maitrisez egalement la suite MS Office et Excel. Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marche asiatique, des achats de resine, d'aluminium et d'autres produits pour les composantes.

Vous possedez de bonnes habiletes de resolution de problemes, ainsi qu'un bon sens de l'organisation, de la planification et de la coordination dans un contexte multitache. Vous detenez d'excellentes habiletes a gerer les priorites et a travailler sous pression. Vous etes egalement capable d'influencer les gens et de negocier. Vous etes oriente vers l'atteinte des resultats, etes proactif, autonome, creatif et curieux. Enfin, vous avez des aptitudes a travailler en equipe, en collaboration avec les autres et en contribuant a la realisation des objectifs communs

Purchasing Projects Manager

Under the supervision of the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing, the incumbent is responsible for strategic purchasing of key components categories for the manufacturing of Pelican products. The incumbent must use various strategies to optimize total acquisition costs, generating cost-saving projects and cost-avoidance projects. They will support the product development team in identifying the best sourcing options for new projects. Additionally, they are responsible for developing analytical tools and performance metrics to manage and optimize the activities of the strategic purchasing department in line with the company's objectives.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE:

Market Analysis and Purchasing Strategy:

Study market trends, stay aware of projected costs. Develop sourcing strategies. Identify, analyze, and proactively implement total acquisition cost optimization opportunities. Determine future growth in purchasing costs for product cost evaluation purposes. Continuously search for new suppliers (local and international) based on established criteria to reduce total acquisition costs.

Supplier Management:

Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with partner suppliers. Research, select, and recommend the most competitive suppliers, and regularly assess their performance using key performance indicators. Prepare, negotiate, and implement commercial agreements with partner suppliers. Oversee the management and development of business relationships with local and Asian suppliers. Participate in contract negotiations, agreements, and pricing. Work closely and support the R&D department for developing components. Participate in identifying new sourcing options according to required standards.

Cost Optimization and Performance: Regularly use RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals), perform quantitative and qualitative comparisons of proposals, and make recommendations to optimize total acquisition cost and allocate orders.

Create dashboards and performance measurement systems.

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES, YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR!

You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations and Production Management, or Logistics. You also have a CPIM or CSCP, APICS certification. You have at least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment (industrial production). You have experience in a seasonal products company (a plus) and experience purchasing from Asia, as well as purchasing resin and aluminum (a plus).You are bilingual, with advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communication and have a good understanding of ERP/MRP systems. You are proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel. You have a strong knowledge of the Asian market and experience purchasing resin, aluminum, and other component products.You possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as a strong sense of organization, planning, and coordination in a multitasking environment. You have strong analytical abilities and a good sense of initiative. You excel at managing priorities and working under pressure. You are also able to influence people and negotiate effectively. You are results-oriented, proactive, autonomous, creative, and curious. Finally, you have the ability to work in a team, collaborating with others and contributing to the achievement of common objectives.
