En tant que
Gestionnaire de plancher
, vous jouez un role cle dans la bonne gestion des operations quotidiennes, le soutien de l'equipe et la reussite commerciale. Vos responsabilites incluent, sans s'y limiter :
Soutenir la gestion des horaires de travail afin d'assurer un niveau suffisant de personnel et garantir le bon deroulement des operations
Superviser les activites quotidiennes du magasin et la performance du personnel pour optimiser les operations et stimuler les ventes
Communiquer efficacement et transmettre aux associes les objectifs de vente, initiatives de l'entreprise, promotions en cours et strategies marketing afin d'assurer leur alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux
Fournir des consignes claires, repondre aux questions et offrir des conseils pour maintenir la coherence et favoriser un environnement positif et collaboratif
Donner l'exemple en offrant un service a la clientele exceptionnel et en appliquant les meilleures pratiques
Traiter rapidement et professionnellement les plaintes des clients, visant a trouver une solution positive pour maintenir la satisfaction et la fidelite
Participer au recrutement, a la formation et a l'integration des nouveaux membres de l'equipe
Assurer la responsabilite principale en l'absence du directeur de magasin, veillant a ce que toutes les taches soient executees conformement aux normes de l'entreprise
Profil recherche
Diplome universitaire en administration, gestion du commerce de detail ou domaine connexe (prefere)
Experience solide de 2 ans en vente au detail, dont au moins 1 an en gestion de magasin
Passion pour l'industrie de la beaute asiatique, avec un engagement envers l'apprentissage continu, le partage des connaissances et le suivi des dernieres tendances
Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
Forte capacite en leadership et gestion des operations en magasin
Aptitudes eprouvees en resolution de problemes et gestion efficace des plaintes clients
Capacite a evoluer dans un environnement de commerce dynamique et a rythme rapide

As a Floor Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the team, and driving business success. Including but not limited to...
Support the management of shift schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure smooth operations
Supervise daily store activities and staff performance, ensuring efficient operations to drive sales
Effectively communicate and implement plans to associates on upcoming sales targets, company initiatives, ongoing promotions, and marketing strategies to ensure that they are well-informed and aligned with business objectives
Provide clear instructions, answer questions, and offer guidance to maintain consistency and foster a positive and supportive environment
Lead the team by example in delivering outstanding customer service and best practices
Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for a positive resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
Serve as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring that all tasks are carried out and in line with company standard
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
A strong track record with 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position
Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,200.00-$92,296.75 per year
