FONCTION GENERALE Le gestionnaire de marche - Sun genere des resultats, supervise un groupe de magasins dans une region et releve du directeur regional. Le gestionnaire de marche soutient l'equipe pour qu'elle reussisse toutes les mesures et est responsable de la performance de son magasin, de l'experience client, de la gestion et du developpement des talents et de l'execution sans faille des operations de vente au detail et des normes de la marque. PRINCIPALES TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES Gere jusqu'a dix magasins sur le marche. Responsable de l'exploitation de son magasin d'attache Tire parti des outils et des ressources de l'experience Sunglass Hut pour offrir constamment une experience client gagnante, suivre un plan de vente et respecter les objectifs de l'entreprise Cree des plans strategiques en partenariat avec le directeur regional pour atteindre les resultats commerciaux Cree un environnement de reussites partagees par l'encadrement, le developpement, le mentorat et l'inspiration de l'equipe pour ameliorer le rendement du magasin et atteindre les objectif Les gens travaillent pour les gens - utilise cette philosophie pour faire progresser les carrieres, encourager le travail d'equipe et retenir les talents dans un environnement axe sur le developpement Gere les niveaux de dotation en personnel du magasin en faisant du reseautage, en recrutant et en embauchant les meilleurs talents pour offrir l'experience de la marque Inspire la croissance de l'equipe grace a des plans de perfectionnement individuels pour promouvoir un environnement de responsabilite grace a la gestion du rendement Cree un environnement agreable, inspirant et inclusif qui reflete la culture de la marque. QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE Baccalaureat ou experience equivalente Au moins trois ans d'experience en leadership et au moins trois ans d'experience Doit pouvoir se relocaliser a l'interieur des Etats-Unis Capacite d'etre un ambassadeur de la marque Sunglass Hut Protege l'integrite et l'essence de la marque Sunglass Hut Connaissance approfondie des produits. Curiosite au sujet des nouvelles marchandises et tendances de la mode Capacite a motiver, a encadrer et a inspirer les autres QUALIFICATIONS SOUHAITEES Experience de la vente au detail de plusieurs unites souhaitee
