Poste : Gestionnaire de la resilience des entreprises et des risques non financiers
Objectif du poste :
Coordonner et fournir un soutien a tous les segments canadiens et a leur personnel connexe, responsable des fonctions de resilience de l'entreprise, y compris la continuite des activites, la reprise apres sinistre et la gestion des risques non financiers. Le titulaire elaborera, soutiendra et coordonnera la strategie, les normes, la formation, les plans d'action et les rapports pour la mise en oeuvre reussie d'une plateforme de resilience au Canada et contribuera a l'elaboration et a la maturation du cadre de gestion des risques non financiers d'ADP Canada, y compris l'elaboration d'indicateurs cles de risque (ICR), la production de rapports et la surveillance. Ce poste favorisera la normalisation, l'efficacite de l'analyse, de la communication et de la planification, tout en aidant et en dirigeant l'organisation dans le cadre de la planification et de l'execution de son programme de resilience et de continuite des activites.
Taches principales :
Soutenir et administrer, selon les instructions, des plateformes a l'echelle de l'entreprise pour normaliser, mesurer, stocker et superviser l'execution des plans de continuite des activites elabores et maintenus par les experts en PCA de l'entreprise, des divisions et des unites d'affaires.
Soutenir et fournir des orientations sur la communication des politiques, normes et plans de gestion de crise de l'entreprise, ainsi que sur les plateformes de soutien operationnel pour tous les evenements qui affectent les unites operationnelles a travers le Canada.
Elaborer et integrer les meilleures pratiques ; executer des normes et des programmes de formation globaux pour la continuite des activites, la resilience des activites, le risque operationnel et d'autres disciplines similaires, selon les besoins, afin d'assurer le niveau approprie d'excellence des praticiens dans tout le Canada.
Suivre et analyser les tendances internes et sectorielles afin d'aborder les risques et de les traiter de maniere proactive.
Contribuer a l'evaluation des lacunes reglementaires et a la mise en oeuvre de la feuille de route : Mettre en oeuvre les exigences reglementaires nouvelles ou actualisees en commencant par evaluer les lacunes, en elaborant des feuilles de route et en traduisant les exigences reglementaires en exigences en matiere d'activites et de controles.
Ameliorer et conseiller la conception des controles internes non reglementaires et surveiller leur mise en oeuvre effective, le cas echeant, en utilisant des normes, des politiques, des procedures et des indicateurs de risque cles (KRI).
Assurer la liaison et contribuer a la mise en oeuvre d'exigences reglementaires nouvelles ou actualisees et traduire les exigences reglementaires en exigences commerciales et de controle.
Contribuer a la mise en place d'un cadre de gouvernance des donnees qui definit les politiques, les procedures et les normes de gestion des actifs de donnees de l'organisation.
Collaborer avec d'autres fonctions de gestion des risques et domaines d'activite, tels que la securite de l'information et le mouvement interne de l'argent, afin de garantir une approche holistique de la gestion des risques.
Soutenir et ameliorer les mesures resumees et detaillees sur l'etat de la resilience de l'entreprise, l'etat de preparation, les rapports de crise et d'incident, et superviser l'analyse des lacunes et les examens du programme d'assurance des controles, le cas echeant, dans les domaines essentiels a l'efficacite operationnelle des segments canadiens.
Collaborer avec l'organisation chargee de la communication et de la formation en matiere de securite pour publier le processus de resilience de l'entreprise, les listes de champions de la securite et les arbres d'escalade.
Definir les exigences pour l'organisation de l'audit interne afin d'evaluer l'efficacite des programmes de resilience au sein des unites/divisions commerciales pour garantir le respect des politiques de l'entreprise publiees et des engagements pris par les associes et les fournisseurs tiers.
Formation :
Licence, de preference en administration des affaires, administration des processus d'entreprise, logistique, droit des affaires, securite publique ou securite de l'information.
Experience :
3 a 5 ans d'experience confirmee en matiere de resilience des entreprises, de continuite des activites, de reprise apres sinistre, de risque operationnel, de securite et/ou de gestion des risques.
Une experience dans le domaine des services financiers, des services gouvernementaux COGS, des ressources humaines/de la paie ou de l'externalisation des processus d'entreprise est un plus.
Une experience dans des entreprises multinationales ou multidivisionnelles est un atout.
Competences generales :
Comprehension generale des fonctions du cycle de vie du client, y compris les ventes, la mise en oeuvre et les services continus.
Sens de l'organisation, gestion du temps, resolution de problemes, etablissement de priorites, fixation d'objectifs, leadership et motivation, negociation, relations interpersonnelles, communications verbales/ecrites et gestion des ressources humaines.

Manager of Business Resiliency and Non-Financial Risk
Job Purpose:
Coordinates and provides support to all Canadian Segments and their related personnel, responsible for Business Resiliency functions including Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and the management of Non-Financial Risks. Incumbent will develop, support and coordinate strategy, standards, training, action plans, and reporting for the successful implementation of a Canada Resiliency Platform and assist in developing and maturing ADP Canada's non-financial risk management framework including Key Risk Indicator (KRI) development, reporting and monitoring. This position will drive standardization, effective analysis, communication and planning, while assisting and leading the organization through its business resiliency and business continuity program planning and execution.
Key Duties/Tasks:
Supports and administers as directed, corporate wide platforms for standardizing, measuring, storing, and overseeing the execution of Business Continuity plans developed and maintained by corporate, divisional, and business unit BCP experts.
Supports, provides guidance on the communication of corporate crisis management policies, standards, plans, and operational support platforms for all events that affect business units across Canada.
Develops and incorporates best-practices; executes global training standards and programs for business continuity, business resilience, operational risk and like disciplines as needed to ensure the appropriate level of practitioner excellence across Canada.
Monitor and analyze internal and industry trends to address risks and proactively address them.
Assist in regulatory gap assessment and roadmap implementation: Implement new or updated regulatory requirements starting by performing gap assessments, building roadmaps, and translating regulatory requirements into business and controls requirements.
Improve and advise on the design of non-regulatory internal controls and monitor their effective implementation as needed, using standards, policies, procedures and Key Risk Indicators (KRI's).
Liaise and assist in the implementation of new or updated regulatory requirements and translating regulatory requirements into business and controls requirements.
Assist in driving a data governance framework including policies, procedures, and standards for managing the organization's data assets.
Collaborate with other risk management functions and business areas, such as Information Security and Internal Money Movement to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
Support and enhance, summarized and detailed metrics on Business Resiliency status, readiness, crisis and incident reporting, and oversee gap analysis and controls assurance program reviews as necessary in areas critical to the operating effectiveness of Canadian Segments.
Work with the Security Communications and Training organization to publish the Business Resiliency process, security champion lists and escalation trees.
Define requirements for the Internal Audit organization to evaluate the effective resiliency programs within the business units/divisions to ensure compliance with published corporate policies and commitments by associates and third-party vendors.
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Process Administration, Logistics, Business Law, Public Safety, or Information Security.
Experience:
3-5 years of proven business resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, operational risk, security and/or risk management experience.
Background in financial services, government COGS services, HR/payroll, or business process outsourcing is a plus.
Experience in multi-national / multi-divisional corporations a plus.
Generic Skills:
General understanding of the client lifecycle functions, including sales, implementation and ongoing services.
Organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership and motivation, negotiation, interpersonal relations, verbal/written communications and human resource management.
Works well under pressure and within time/budget constraints.
