OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL DU POSTE


Collaborer avec le/la responsable pour elaborer et executer un plan strategique complet visant a depasser les objectifs de revenus trimestriels. Travailler en partenariat avec le/la responsable, le marketing et les collegues des autres unites commerciales pour identifier et conclure des opportunites generatrices de revenus. Fournir des previsions de ventes detaillees et audacieuses, en identifiant les risques, les actions a entreprendre et les ressources necessaires pour atteindre les objectifs. Ce role implique une collaboration fluide et coherente au sein de la matrice Medtronic et avec les clients cles, afin d'adapter le role aux dynamiques changeantes du marche. L'objectif du poste est de developper des relations a long terme avec les clients. Etre responsable du plan strategique de compte (blue sheet) et du processus de vente strategique. Collaborer avec le/la Responsable des Partenariats Strategiques (SPM) et le/la Responsable Regional(e) des Ventes (RSM) pour le developpement des comptes.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES DU POSTE

Promouvoir et vendre les produits et services de Medtronic dans une zone geographique assignee et/ou aupres de comptes clients specifiques afin d'atteindre ou de depasser les objectifs de vente. Developper, renforcer et entretenir des relations a long terme avec les parties prenantes, y compris les distributeurs et les professionnels de sante. Suivre les pistes commerciales, evaluer les besoins et fournir des services produits pour maximiser les benefices des solutions Medtronic. Promouvoir et mettre en place des programmes de formation sur les produits et services de l'entreprise. Realiser des etudes de marche, y compris sur les activites des clients et des concurrents. Mettre en oeuvre les plans/strategies de developpement du marche et les ajuster si necessaire. Communiquer les retours des clients sur les nouveaux produits ou les modifications des produits existants aux parties prenantes internes (R&D, operations, marketing). Etre responsable du signalement des plaintes et des effets indesirables lies aux medicaments (ADR). Adopter une approche strategique pour assurer une croissance constante. Viser a depasser les objectifs trimestriels tout en gerant rigoureusement les depenses. Fournir des previsions audacieuses et precises. Gerer et optimiser efficacement les stocks en consignation. Ce poste requiert un veritable esprit entrepreneurial et des competences de chasseur . En collaboration avec le/la responsable, coordonner les horaires des specialistes cliniques locaux (le cas echeant) pour optimiser la couverture des procedures et autres taches requises. Reussir les formations produits et ventes requises (et continues). Respecter les modules de formation fonctionnelle et d'education de Medtronic. Gerer les contrats hospitaliers, SSO et GPO (pre-appel d'offres, appel d'offres, mise en oeuvre). Construire un solide pipeline de ventes de capital et un plan de vente associe. Optimiser l'elargissement du champ technique, souvent transversal aux unites operationnelles. Articuler clairement les objectifs strategiques pour naviguer et apporter de la valeur aux systemes de sante provinciaux. Mettre en place des programmes de formation lies aux produits et services de l'entreprise. Accroitre la part de marche dans le territoire defini. Etre capable de repondre aux demandes de soutien clinique des comptes selon les besoins. Mettre en oeuvre et executer les plans de lancement du portefeuille defini. Developper et maintenir des relations dans le marche defini. Collaborer avec le marketing et engager les parties prenantes cliniques et administratives autour d'une proposition de valeur elargie liee a l'offre de produits.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES



Diplome d'etudes secondaires (ou equivalent) ET plus de 6 ans d'experience
OU Diplome d'etudes collegiales (Associate's Degree) ET plus de 4 ans d'experience
OU Baccalaureat (Bachelor's Degree) ET plus de 2 ans d'experience

Experience pertinente en vente, en clinique ou dans un domaine connexe lie aux dispositifs medicaux, aux technologies medicales, aux soins de sante ou aux sciences de la vie.

COMPETENCES / APTITUDES



Permis de conduire valide sans restrictions. Haut niveau d'integrite, d'ethique et de conformite. Capacite a adopter un horaire de travail flexible (soirees, week-ends, jours feries provinciaux). Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et proactive. Approche collaborative et esprit d'equipe. Solides competences en resolution de problemes. Connaissance de l'anatomie et/ou des procedures chirurgicales (un atout). Excellentes competences en presentation. Maitrise des outils Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Bilingue (francais/anglais)

EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES DU POSTE



Capacite a voyager environ 60 % du temps, y compris des nuitees et des week-ends. Account Manager - Surgical Innovation



MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB



Align with Manager to build and execute on a comprehensive strategic plan to exceed
sales revenue targets on a quarterly basis. Collaborate with Manager, Marketing and


other business unit colleagues to identify and close revenue generating opportunities.


Provide detailed and bold sales forecasts; identifying risk, action items, and resources


needed to achieve. This role involves fluidly and cohesively working across the


Medtronic matrix and with key customers to evolve the role according to rapidly


changing market dynamics.


The purpose of the position is the development of long-term relationships with
customers. Own, lead and contribute to the account blue sheet and strategic selling


process. Liaise with Strategic Partnership Manager (SPM) and Regional Sales Manager


(RSM) for account development


MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

be assigned):


Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic
area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.


Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with
stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.


Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to
maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.


Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services. Conducts market research including customers and competitors' activities. Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing
products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and


Marketing.


Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) Foster a strategic approach to drive consistent growth. Be laser focused to exceed AOP, each quarter, while diligently managing expenses. Bold and accurate forecasting is key! Effectively managing/optimizing consignment inventory is critical. The position requires a true entrepreneurial, 'hunter' skillset. With Manager, coordinate the schedules of local Clinical Specialists (where applicable)
to optimize procedural case coverage/patient programming and other required tasks.


Successful completion of required (and ongoing) product and sales related training
curriculum.


Compliance with completing Medtronic functional training and education modules. Manage hospital, SSO and GPO contracts (Pre-tender, Tender, Implementation). Building a robust Capital Funnel and associated Sales Plan is essential. Optimize increasing technical scope that often crosses OU lines Clearly articulate strategic objectives to navigate and deliver value to Provincial
healthcare systems.


Establish education programs related to the company's products and/or services. Drive share within the defined market and territory Ability to support account clinical support demands as required. Implement and execute launch plans for defined portfolio Develop relationships and maintain continuity within the defined market Liase with marketing and engage key clinical stakeholders and administrators in a
broader "value" story regarding the related product offering associated with the


position


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION



High School Diploma or GED, or; Associate's Degree/College Diploma, or; Bachelor's degree

JOB EXPERIENCE



Required Knowledge and Experience:



High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience
OR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years experience
OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience



Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES



Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions. High level of integrity, ethics and compliance. Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule. Role often involves evenings,
weekends and Provincial holidays.


Ability to work independently and proactively. Collaborative approach and team oriented. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of related anatomy and/or surgical procedures an asset Strong presentation skills. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint Bilingual French/English
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS


Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time. Travel will include over-nights and
weekends.
