pour diriger nos initiatives en matiere de conformite, encadrer nos pratiques et s'assurer que nous respectons les normes les plus elevees de l'industrie au Canada et aux Etats-Unis.

A propos du role :




Developper et maintenir des controles internes et des politiques visant a garantir que tous les besoins en matiere de conformite sont satisfaits. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les directeurs de departement afin d'examiner toutes les politiques departementales en ce qui concerne les questions de conformite organiser des ateliers de formation sur l'evaluation des risques en matiere de conformite Mener des examens et des audits internes, y compris la liaison avec les auditeurs externes Conseiller la direction interne et les partenaires commerciaux sur la mise en oeuvre des programmes de conformite Controler regulierement les problemes de non-conformite et d'integrite des donnees signales et assurer le suivi pour garantir une resolution dans les delais impartis Evaluer les systemes de conformite et s'assurer que les logiciels adequats sont en place Concevoir, mettre en oeuvre et diriger une strategie de conformite canadienne/americaine pour PayFacto Rendre compte de la conformite, y compris remplir et soumettre le rapport PCI semestriel a Mastercard et Visa. Developper et mettre en oeuvre un programme de conformite PCI axe sur les marchands de niveau de conformite PCI 1, 2 et 3 Controler et examiner regulierement les bulletins des marques de cartes et conseiller les equipes concernees, y compris les equipes Produits, Operations, Finances et Support. Conseiller et promouvoir les obligations de respect des termes du Code de conduite canadien, y compris le respect des reglementations relatives aux notifications en temps opportun des changements de frais a venir. Executer les attestations annuelles de conformite pour notre region canadienne, a la fois pour nos banques marchandes de cartes de credit et pour Interac.



A propos de vous :



Vous possedez un baccalaureat en administration des affaires ou autre domaine connexe Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'experience en conformite Parfaitement bilingue - Francais et anglais Experience en conformite canadienne et americaine, un atout Experience avec le Code de conduite canadien, un atout Connaissances accrues de l'industrie du traitement des paiements Connaissances de la conformite legislative au Canada et aux Etats-Unis Experience valorisee en conformite PCI Competences avancees en base de donnees informatiques et dans l'environnement Microsoft Office

PayFacto is seeking a

Compliance Manager

to lead our compliance initiatives, oversee best practices, and ensure we meet the highest industry standards across Canada and the United States.

About the role:




Develop and maintain internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for compliance issues conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops Conducting internal reviews and audits including liaison with external auditors Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs Regular monitoring of reported non-compliance and data integrity issues and following up to ensure on-time resolution Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate software is in place Design, implement and lead a Canadian/US compliance strategy for PayFacto Reporting on compliance including completing and submitting the bi-annual PCI reporting to Mastercard and Visa Develop and implement a PCI Compliance program focusing on PCI Compliance level 1, 2, and 3 merchants Regular monitoring and review of card brand bulletins and advise appropriate teams including Product, Operations, Finance, Support Advise and promote the obligations to abise by the terms of the Canadian Code of Conduct, including respecting the regulations for timely notifications of upcoming fee changes Execute the annual attestations of compliance for our Canadian region for both our credit card merchant banks and Interac Work with the Risk team to manage the high-risk merchant registration program and ensure consistency between card brand and merchant fees Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions Continual drive for enhanced efficiency and client service (internal and external) in all Compliance processes Ensure senior management remain informed of regulatory, legislative and best practice changes and their obligations under these changes and how they impact PayFacto Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders Lead the client on-boarding team driving efficiency in all processes to most effectively adhere to our risk appetite Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization Manage the compliance training/re-training process for new and existing employees as required by the PCNO (Payment Card Network Organization) Provision of proactive and practical regulatory advice to business managers and support functions Manage the successful delivery of compliance projects ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach. Support and lead on Group projects as assigned Develops policy and procedures for ISO assessments as well as ISO credit underwriting, ISO merchant underwriting, transaction monitoring, Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), OFAC reporting other risk related function



About you:



Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 5+ years' experience in compliance Fluent bilingual - French and English Experience with US & Canadian Compliance is an asset Experience with Canadian Code of Conduct is an asset Strong payment processing industry knowledge Knowledge with regulatory compliance in the US and Canada PCI Compliance experience valued Advanced computer database and Microsoft Office software skills
