A propos du poste:

Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de maximiser la rentabilite et la croissance des clients (compte de Metro) et de SCJ grace au developpement et a la mise en oeuvre de programmes de vente et de marketing. Les taches du gestionnaire des comptes majeures comprennent la capacite de gerer efficacement des priorites, des delais de livraison et des programmes promotionnels multiples et changeants.



About the role:

This position is responsible for maximizing customer (Metro account), SCJ profitability & growth through the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs. Duties of the Key Account Manager include being able to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities, lead times and promotional programs.

Principales responsabilites:



Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'affaires strategiques pour les comptes annuels afin d'atteindre les objectifs preetablis en utilisant les ressources internes (marketing client, marketing, categories, couverture de vente au detail, finances) et les ressources clients (donnees de compte, contacts de compte interfonctionnels ou en magasin, eCommerce). Atteindre les objectifs cles pour le compte, par exemple ventes nettes, marges beneficiaires, parts de marche. Planifier, suivre et analyser la distribution, les prix et les depenses liees a toutes les activites du compte. Maximiser l'expertise et les ressources internes dans l'elaboration des plans d'affaires. Developper et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les bureaux chefs des detaillants.

Experience requise :



Minimum de 4 ans d'experience pertinente ou experience commerciale pertinente avec une formation en gestion de compte/vente Experience dans l'industrie des biens de consommation est un atout important.

Experience et aptitudes souhaites :



Solides competences en communication (Anglais et francais a l'ecrit et l'oral) Capacite a penser de maniere strategique et a resoudre des problemes analytiques bases sur des faits Capacite a diriger des reunions/equipes et a travailler de maniere autonome. Excellentes capacites de raisonnement analytique; Capacite a tirer des conclusions commerciales, des solutions et preparer/faire des recommandations. Maitrise de la resolution de conflits, de la negociation, du leadership de la pensee client et de la creation de valeur client. Solides competences en leadership et en travail d'equipe pour travailler au sein d'une equipe multidisciplinaire.

Exigence du poste :



Diplome universitaire dans une discipline pertinente. Excellente maitrise des outils de rapport et de prevision (c'est-a-dire : MS Office, Retail Link, ACN, SAP, PlanIt, Cognos)

Key responsabilities:



Develop and implement strategic annual account business plans in support of achieving pre-established objectives utilizing internal resources (Customer Marketing, Marketing, Category, Retail Coverage, Finance) & customer resources (account data, cross functional account contacts, in-store, eCommerce) Deliver key targets for account: Net Sales, Profit Margins, Share & Gross to Net Plan for, track and analyze the distribution, pricing and expenditures related to all account activity Maximize internal expertise/resources in the development of business/customer plans and resolution of customer issues. Develop and maintain good working relationships with key retailer partners

Required Experience:



Minimum 4 years or relevant business experience with a Background in Account Management/Sales Experience in the consumer goods industry is an important asset

Preferred Experiences and Skills:



Ability to think strategically and Analytical Fact-Based Problem Solving Skills Ability to Lead Meetings/Teams and Work Independently. Excellent Analytical and Deductive Reasoning Skills; Ability to draw business conclusions, solutions and prepare / make recommendations. Proficiency in Conflict Resolution, Negotiating, Customer Thought leadership & Creating Customer Value Strong Leadership and teamwork skills to work within Cross-Functional Setting / Team. High Proficiency with Reporting & Forecasting Tools (ie: MS Office, Retail Link, ACN, SAP, PlanIt, Cognos)

Job Requirements:



University Degree required (Essential Requirement), Preferably in Business or Commerce Strong Communication Skills in both French and English (Written and Oral) required
