Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Gestionnaire de l'approvisionnement Cabine pour rejoindre notre equipe Achat basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
Votre role en tant que Gestionnaire de l'approvisionnement Cabine sera de :
Gerer une equipe de 6-7 personnes
Gerer et comprendre le processus de gestion des changements avec les fournisseurs
Avoir une bonne connaissance de l'environnement manufacturier ainsi que de l'environnement dynamique de la gestion d'une chaine d'approvisionnement.
Travailler de concert avec les fonctions Finance, Logistique, Methodes et Production et devra posseder des capacites de leadership et d'influence afin d'interagir avec la haute direction des fournisseurs
Prioriser l'allocation des ressources et le support de l'equipe afin de maximiser les benefices globaux pour le programme
Effectuer les evaluations de la performance et les plans personnels de developpement avec les membres de l'equipe
Coacher et former les membres de l'equipe
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les differents membres des MFT`s (multi-functional teams) afin de mettre en lumiere les risques potentiels impactant la chaine d`approvisionnement et ainsi assurer un niveau de stock suffisant pour supporter l`execution sans faille des FAL`s et PRE-FAL
Est responsable de proteger les lignes de productions (FAL`s + PRE-FAL) des impacts de pieces manquantes etablissant des strategies novatrices avec les fournisseurs ainsi qu`avec les differents intervenants internes
Cree de la valeur en s`assurant du respect des differents ICP`s inherents a la chaine d`approvisionnement afin de donner un avantage competitif pour l`A220 en supportant la vision a long terme du plan de montee en cadence et ainsi securiser les parts de marches

En tant que candidat ideal :
Vous possedez un baccalaureat en administration des affaires, ou l'equivalent
Vous possedez un minimum de cinq (5) annees d'experience en gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement, achats, ou autre domaine pertinent, dont 2 dans un role de gestion (un atout)
Vous possedez de l'experience de l'industrie aeronautique et/ou manufacturiere et/ou en gestion de projets
Vous avez de fortes capacites dans la gestion des operations
Vous avez de l'experience en gestion de projets complexes
Vous etes reconnu pour votre leadership et votre esprit d'innovation, et vous avez une experience eprouvee dans la gestion et la coordination des equipes
Vous etes a l'aise avec les sujets techniques complexes
Vous etes familier avec la conception des avions, la configuration, la certification et les principes de gestion du changement
Vous etes soucieux des details, concentre, rigoureux et engage a respecter les delais
Vous avez un niveau de competence eleve et etes un bon communicateur en francais et en anglais (ecrit et parle)
Vous possedez des connaissances avancees dans l'environnement Gsuite
Connaissance de SAP est un atout

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Cabin Supply Chain Manager to join our Procurement team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada)
Your role as Cabin Supply Chain Manager will be:
Manage a team of 6-7 people
Manage and understand the change management process with suppliers
Have a good knowledge of the manufacturing environment as well as the dynamic environment of supply chain management.
Work in concert with the Finance, Logistics, Methods and Production functions and must have leadership and influence skills in order to interact with senior supplier management
Prioritize resource allocation and team support to maximize overall program benefits
Conduct performance reviews and personal development plans with team members
Coach and train team members
Works in close collaboration with the various members of the MFT's (multi-functional teams) in order to highlight the potential risks impacting the supply chain and thus ensure a sufficient level of stock to support a flawless execution of the FAL's and PRE-FAL
Is responsible for protecting production lines (FAL's + PRE-FAL) from the impacts of missing parts establishing innovative strategies with suppliers as well as with various internal stakeholders
Creates value by ensuring compliance with the various KPIs inherent in the supply chain in order to give a competitive advantage to the A220 by supporting the long-term vision of the ramp-up plan and thus securing market share

As the ideal candidate:
You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent
You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or other relevant field, including 2 in a management role (an asset)
You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry and/or in project management
You have strong abilities in operations management
You have experience managing complex projects
