Position Summary:
The examines the nature of danger and disasters, the scope of the human vulnerability and responses to them. It will look at risk and damaging events associated with extreme natural forces, technological accidents, epidemic diseases and human conflict. (Physical Geography).
Qualifications - Required: PhD
Qualifications - Discipline: Geography, Environmental Studies, or related discipline
Qualifications - Other: PhD or ABD (all but dissertation); Environmental Studies expertise; Preference will be given to candidates who illustrate this area of expertise in Teaching Dossier.
