Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise, operational oversight, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, managing inventory, and training staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

Duties



Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Train and develop bar staff on service standards, cocktail preparation, and customer engagement. Implement effective cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions (Aloha POS, Micros POS). Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food preparation and service during peak hours. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with industry regulations. Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends while catering to customer preferences. Supervise shift management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications



Proven experience in restaurant management or bar management within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary experience is preferred. Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations is a plus. Experience in fine dining or casual dining establishments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in staff training, development, and team management. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with guests. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within a hospitality context. Experience in food handling, food production, catering, or banquet services is beneficial. Previous experience as an assistant manager or supervisory role is advantageous. Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
