Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Trades Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills in home repairs and renovations, capable of managing a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively. This role is key to keeping properties well-maintained and ensuring all repairs meet high-quality standards.

Duties

Perform renovations and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Ability to use power tools Assemble furniture and equipment as required. Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to enhance the appearance of properties. Install or repair flooring, drywall, plaster and cabinetry. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or property managers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing tasks.

Skills

Proficiency in basic carpentry, drywall , plastering and painting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. Previous experience in renovations or construction
