As a Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food handling guidelines is beneficial.
