We are currently seeking an experienced General Site Foreman to join our Edmonton team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in multifamily construction, residential site supervision, concrete construction, and trade coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

As the Site Foreman, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of multifamily, residential, and concrete construction projects by:

Site & Crew Management

Organizing the job site and coordinating daily activities Supervising workers performing skilled and unskilled labor Leading site tasks safely and efficiently Monitoring work quality and ensuring adherence to specifications

Trade Coordination

Acting as the liaison between the Site Superintendent, Project Manager, and all trades Coordinating subcontractors and reviewing their scope of work Following up with trades, consultants, and service providers to maintain schedule

Project Documentation & Communication

Completing daily reporting and maintaining up-to-date project documentation Supporting project administration needs Identifying issues and reporting them promptly to the Superintendent Providing conflict resolution and promoting a positive site culture

Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforcing company health and safety procedures Ensuring all workers follow site safety requirements Promoting a safe work environment through leadership and example

What You Bring

We are looking for a Site Foreman with strong knowledge of multifamily construction, residential building practices, site management, and concrete construction techniques.

Journeyman Trade Certification or CET designation (asset) 3+ years' experience in multifamily or residential construction, including 1 year as a foreman Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, codes, and industry best practices Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proven ability to problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Motivated self-starter with the desire to grow with our company
