Position Summary

We are seeking a

General Shop Hand

with experience in

solid surfaces and countertop fabrication/finishing

. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing precise, quality work. This role involves assisting with the production, as well as supporting the general operations of the shop and warehouse.

Responsibilities

Assist with cutting, sanding, and finishing solid surface and laminate countertops. Operate shop tools, hand tools, and machinery safely. Support installation teams with countertop handling and delivery. Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe. Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing materials. Follow all company health & safety procedures. Perform other general shop duties as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience working with solid surfaces, or countertops is preferred. Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and shop machinery. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset.

What We Offer
