What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a winning sales team
Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Set aggressive targets -- and hit them
Manage inventory, marketing initiatives, and finance performance
Foster a culture of accountability, energy, and success
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of leadership experience in automotive sales management (automotive industry experience is a major asset)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
A relentless drive for excellence -- and the discipline to back it up
