Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service
Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Team through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews
Set and monitor monthly sales targets, ensuring accountability through weekly check-ins
Manage all sales processes, including CRM updates, lead response times, traffic logs, and follow-ups
Oversee trade-in evaluations and used inventory, achieving minimum gross margins of 20%
Drive new unit gross margin targets of 16% through smart discounting and effective training
Process financing and leasing deals accurately, securing approval through financial sources, as well as through the proper federal, provincial and corporate channels.
Understand and comply with federal,provincial and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
Complete all paperwork on the sale of new vehicles and submit to the appropriate bodies (Licensing, VIN registration, manufacturer warranties, etc.).
Ensure compliance with financing, leasing, licensing, and warranty regulations
Strengthen dealership reputation by actively managing CSI scores and online reviews
Collaborate with the Business Office on financing, insurance programs, and aftermarket products
Represent Go Powersports at community events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Foster an authentic, engaging showroom culture that builds lasting customer connections
What You'll Bring to the Team:
5+ years
of experience leading a sales team in a competitive, fast-paced industry
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and drive performance
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong computer skills; experience with
Google Workspace
and
Monday.com
is a bonus
Background in
off-road, marine, or powersports
vehicles is a major asset
Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and a clean Driver's Abstract
Agile and adaptable--you thrive in change and rise to any challenge
