Position Summary:

We are looking for a production worker to join our team! The Production specialist will be responsible for packaging products in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Report to Production Supervisor & Manager Package all products in an ethical, safe and consistent manner that meets the company's quality standards Monitor on-going workflow in order to ensure timely product production, shipping and delivery to customers Monitor inventory levels, and notify Production Manager when low in stock Coordinate with Production Manager to develop production plan and determine workflow requirements based on customer job orders and equipment availability Inspect and maintain the operation facility clean and safe pre and post shift Maintain production documentations Practice food safety at all time Other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:

1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or packaging environment. Knowledge of GMP and food safety would be an asset Friendly, reliable and must be able to understand, write and speak English Able to lift 40-50lbs; physically capable of standing, sitting or bending for many hours at a time Great opportunity to work in a fast paced and growing start-up for advancement Food Handler Certificate (preferred) Legal Canadian citizen or work permit
