We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. Working within a team, you will help build many types of custom fabricated glass products. We offer multiple departments for you to learn functions like cutting, tempering, lamination and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle raw materials and supplies needed for production, including loading and unloading material. Follow established safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in production techniques. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and achieve production targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Basic English proficiency required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Previous experience in manufacturing or production role will be a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
