Position Overview

We're looking for a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our HVAC and plumbing service company. The right person is a hands-on leader who can balance people, performance, and profitability -- someone who motivates the team, drives sales and service excellence, and ensures every customer interaction reflects our company's values.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, service, and installation departments. Lead, coach, and develop team members -- creating accountability and a winning culture. Track KPIs (sales, memberships, reviews, productivity, etc.) and drive consistent improvement. Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and marketing direction. Ensure compliance with safety standards, customer service expectations, and company policies. Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure a 5-star resolution. Recruit, train, and retain top talent aligned with Abundant Air's mission and values.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a related trades/service industry. Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and operational metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams and create a culture of accountability. Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Valid driver's license required.
