We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, transition between dinner service and night service, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement effective training programs for new hires, focusing on food safety practices and customer service excellence.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that meet customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, employee schedules, and inventory levels.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant & bar management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
