The GM will act as the
operational owner of the business
, translating strategy into execution, building systems, and ensuring accountability across all functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys building structure, clarity, and momentum.
The GM will work closely with the Founder & CEO, who remains focused on vision, partnerships, brand, and growth strategy.
Own day-to-day business operations across sales, fulfillment, finance, and administration
Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, timelines, and KPIs
Build and maintain operating rhythms (weekly metrics, team check-ins, reporting cadence)
Ensure operational excellence, consistency, and scalability
Revenue & Sales Operations
Oversee sales execution and pipeline management
Ensure lead tracking, follow-up systems, and CRM discipline
Support sales strategy execution and performance accountability
Collaborate with sales ambassadors, partners, and account leads
Financial Management
Own budget oversight, cash flow visibility, and expense discipline
Work with accounting and finance partners to ensure timely reporting
Monitor margins, unit economics, and operational efficiency
Flag risks early and recommend corrective action
Team Leadership & Accountability
Directly manage contractors, ambassadors, and operational staff
Set clear expectations, roles, and performance standards
Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and follow-through
Identify hiring needs and support onboarding and training
Systems & Process Building
Design and implement scalable systems for operations, reporting, and communication
Improve documentation, SOPs, and internal workflows
Introduce tools and processes that reduce friction and founder dependency
Founder Partnership
Serve as the CEO's right hand on execution
Provide clear, concise reporting and recommendations
Act as a thought partner while independently owning outcomes
Bring problems with proposed solutions

Day-to-day operations run smoothly without founder intervention
Clear weekly/monthly reporting across revenue, pipeline, and cash flow
Improved predictability in sales and fulfillment

Ideal Candidate Profile
7-15+ years of operational leadership experience (GM, COO, Head of Ops, or similar)
Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L or budgets
Proven ability to build systems and lead execution
Comfortable in founder-led, high-accountability environments
Clear communicator who values structure, clarity, and follow-through
Calm under pressure; decisive without being rigid
Experience in
consumer brands, wellness, hospitality, or ecommerce
is a plus but not required.
