City Centre Bingo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bingo Hall Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of bingo hall operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational capability, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a proactive leader who excels in a fast?paced, customer?focused environment and ensures full compliance with all regulatory requirements. The position reports directly to the City Centre Bingo Charity Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for all daily bingo hall operations
Ensure full compliance with Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) regulations
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate bingo staff
Maintain accurate and timely financial, operational, and inventory records
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase participation and revenue
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure consistent service delivery
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Board of Directors, including operational insights and recommendations for improvement
