, you'll be the cornerstone of Richmond's regional expansion -- leading operations, driving growth, and establishing a strong market presence. You'll roll up your sleeves to launch the region, secure new business, and build a high-performing local team.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Business Development
Define and execute the market entry strategy for the new region.
Build brand awareness through localized marketing and networking.
Actively pursue new property management contracts and partnerships.
Develop and execute a scalable plan for regional growth and team expansion.
Relationship Management
Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and partners.
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, quality service.
Represent Richmond Property Management in the local business community.
Financial Management
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the region.
Ensure timely and accurate financial tracking, reporting, and performance results.
Deliver on financial targets and operational KPIs.
Operational Oversight
Oversee day-to-day property operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
Implement systems and best practices for maintenance, rent collection, and compliance.
Maintain Richmond's high standards of service and operational excellence.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional team as the business grows.
Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and service excellence.
Work closely with the Home Office leadership team, including Klinton and Frances, to align strategy and execution.
Who You Are
Experienced in property management or real estate, ideally with leadership or regional oversight.
Entrepreneurial and resourceful -- you thrive on building from the ground up.
A people-first leader with strong relationship and communication skills.
