Now, we're hiring a
General Manager
to run the business and help steer us towards that growth.
The Opportunity

#2 seat in the company
--full ownership of operations, people, and performance--while the owner focuses on vision, relationships, and long-term growth.

What You'll Own
Business & Financial Leadership
Full P&L ownership, pricing, job costing, budgets, and cash flow
Revenue growth with healthy margins and disciplined execution
Team & Culture
Lead and develop leaders, estimators, crew leads, and painters
Recruit, onboard, and coach so the business doesn't rely on the owner
Build a values-driven culture that runs without micromanagement
Operations & Quality
Scheduling and logistics across multiple crews and sites
Jobs delivered on time, on budget, and to Performance Painting standards
Reduced rework, callbacks, and chaos through strong systems
Client Experience
Primary contact for key hotel, resort, and property management clients
Calm, professional handling of escalations
Long-term relationships clients don't want to risk losing
Systems & Continuous Improvement
Improve CRM, workflows, reporting, and SOPs
Track and act on KPIs (margins, schedules, rework, satisfaction, team metrics)

Who You Are
5+ years in a leadership role in trades or construction (GM, Ops Manager, Superintendent, Integrator, etc.)
Proven experience leading field teams and delivering profitable projects
Comfortable owning P&L, budgets, job costing, and KPIs
When client-facing, you're calm under pressure, and quality-driven
You think like an owner, coach leaders, and hold people accountable

You live in (or want to relocate to) Whistler, Pemberton, or Squamish.
You genuinely enjoy mountain living--skiing, biking, lakes, hiking, etc.
Compensation & Perks
Base salary:
$100,000 CAD
OTE:
$150,000-$200,000+ CAD (base + profit share)
15% of net profit
allocated to a bonus pool you share in.
