We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations in the Collision Repair Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automotive Industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading a team of dedicated staff, and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Monitoring market trends to ensure that the Collision Repair facility is meeting customer needs and promoting new products Meeting with managers from other departments to discuss issues related to the Shop operations Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the facility is operating efficiently Managing staff, overseeing operations, and ensuring profitability Establishing employee protocols and working closely with the general sales manager to track the auto group's progress toward unit sales goals, profitability, and other quotas Motivating employees, planning events and promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of Shop operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in Automotive industry in similar role. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff alike. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
