Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Train and manage staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Oversee scheduling of staff members to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
- Submit biweekly reports for payroll
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
- Bartending experience is a plus

- Veiller au respect de toutes les regles de securite alimentaire et maintenir un environnement propre et hygienique.
- traiter les demandes et les reclamations des clients et resoudre les problemes de maniere professionnelle
- Superviser la programmation des membres du personnel afin d'assurer une couverture adequate pendant les heures d'ouverture.
- Proceder a des evaluations regulieres des performances des membres du personnel.
Qualifications :
- Experience prealable dans le secteur de l'hotellerie et de la restauration
- Experience averee de la supervision et de la gestion d'une equipe dans un environnement en evolution rapide
- Solide connaissance des techniques de preparation des aliments et du fonctionnement d'un restaurant
- Excellentes competences en matiere de service a la clientele et capacite a gerer les situations difficiles de maniere calme et professionnelle.
- Connaissance des regles de securite alimentaire et capacite a les faire respecter efficacement.
- Competences exceptionnelles en matiere d'organisation, de communication et de leadership
- Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois, a etablir des priorites et a travailler sous pression.
- Une experience de barman est un plus.
